Responsible for the management and strategic development of the company in Hong Kong, Rose has over 30 years of experience in HR, corporate communications, training and consulting. The majority of her experience is in the critical areas of talent acquisition, staff communication and talent development.
Rose started her career at China Light Power Company Limited. During her 27 years with CLP, she oversaw all HR functions for the Corporate, acquired expertise regarding the impact of human dynamics on organizational effectiveness, corporate and individual performance for growth and transformation of the Company.
Rose has continued to expand her expertise and joined the Hong Kong Trade Development Council in 2005 to head its Training & Development Section, revamped the entire training & development provisions and established core competencies for different level of staff for career progression.
Since 2008, Rose has been dedicated to executive search and HR consultancy services. She has earned a reputation as a client centric and knowledgeable search consultant, who, on behalf of her clients, has been successful in the identification, recruitment, and placement of talents that deliver results. She works with clients in diverse segments including Education, Healthcare, Manufacturing, Hospitality, Trading, and Retail and across Sales, Finance, Operations, IT, Business Management, HR & Training.
Rose is a graduate of the Hong Kong Baptist University, completed her MBA at the Asian Institute of Management, Makati, the Philippines. She has a Diploma in Training & Development from the Institute of Personnel Development, U.K., a Certificate in Personnel Management from the Hong Kong University, and a Certificate in Personnel Management from the Ashridge Management College, U.K.

Francis has been in leadership positions with leading local and multi-national corporations in Health Care, transportation, retail, hi-tech, electronic and government sectors. They include the Hospital Authority, Kowloon-Canton Railway Corporation (KCRC), Philips Electronics, Dow Jones Telerate, Dairy Farm International and A.S. Watsons. Before his retirement in Hospital Authority, he has taken care of the full range of HR functions of 7 public hospitals with a workforce of more than 10,500 professional and supporting personnel. He has also involved intensively in management successions, leadership development, employee relations and staff engagement projects in the various organisations he associated with.
His career achievements include the introduction of customer service programme to the 2 leading supermarket chains in Hong Kong, which laid the foundation for their renowned service level of today; design and operate the largest in-door children amusement centre in Guangzhou which was the biggest venture of the same nature in southern China; as well as being one of the senior executives responsible for planning and executing the merging of KCRC and MTRC, which is one of the biggest merger projects in Hong Kong.
Francis is a regular speaker in the Institute of Hong Kong Human Resources Management as well as speaking in the HKIHRM 2010 Annual Conference and the American Society of Training and Development (ASTD) Conference in San Diego. He is also frequently invited to talk and lecture in universities on different business management, career and human resources management topics. For over 10 years, he has been the judge for the Retail Management Association Annual Courtesy Award competition.
Francis is a graduate of University of Salford conferred a BA (Hons) degree in Organisational Analysis and Industrial Relations. He further obtained a Master in General Management from Macquarie Graduate School of Management in Australia.
He is a fellow of the Hong Kong Institute of Human Resources Management (HKIHRM), and was a fellow of the Institute of Personnel Management (UKIPM), and a member of the UK Institute of Training and Development (ITD). Currently he is a council member of HKIHRM and is a member of the Personnel Management Committee of the Hong Kong Management Association. He is the external examiner of the HRM Diploma programmes of the Institute of Vocational Education of Vocational Training Council of Hong Kong. He has also served in the HRM Postgraduate Programmes Advisory Committee of Hong Kong Baptist University.

Alice has over thirty years of senior management experience in Human Resources and Administration departments for multinational corporations. Some of them included Cheung Kong (Holdings) Ltd., Standard Chartered Bank, Jardine Pacific Ltd., Security Pacific National Bank (merged by Bank of America), Philip Morris Asia Inc. Lloyds Bank International and Citicorp International Corp., Bear, Stearns & Co., etc.
Alice’s expertise are diversified, notably mergers & acquisitions management, employees’ benefits packages (e.g. exporting major retirement plans to offshore domicile), expatriate remuneration, taxation planning, and senior management career development. Nonetheless for people management perspectives, she also specializes in manpower planning, recruitment, conflict resolution, succession planning, organizational development, executive development and human capital management for local & overseas executives.
With her over 10 years’ HR leadership experience with Cheung Kong (Holdings) Ltd., Alice has accumulated seasoned experience in the recruitment of key positions in the property development industry in both Hong Kong and China, particularly knowledgeable in the remuneration packages and related market intelligence. She has also served in the Project Management Committee and familiar with all tenders’ approval and operational issues within property management companies.
She is a member of Hong Kong Institute of Human Resource Management.
Principal Consultant
Ponny has over 15 years managerial experience in Human Resources & Administration with extensive exposure in PRC labour management, hands on experience in formulating & implementation of HR policies, developing and delivery of training in HK, PRC and Macao.
Since 2000, Ponny has been invited as Guest Speaker for public and private sectors including HK Chinese University, HK Polytechnic University, IVE – Chai Wan, Labour Department, Food & Environmental Hygiene Dept., Kwong Wah Hospital & Jones Lang LaSalle to conduct speech on topics of “Human Resources Best Practices” & “ISO / HACCP / 5S Implementation”. Ponny was also the Part-time Lecturer of the Professional Diploma & Certificate Program of HKMA between 2005 to 2008.
Ponny is the holder of post-graduate diploma of “Personnel Management” at Polytechnic University & held a Master Degree in HRM from the University of Ireland, Dublin (UCD). She has also obtained the National Vocational Qualification (NVQ) – 企業人力資源管理師 in HRM from PRC Government in 2005.
